a more chill week as compared to the last one
- went to fish aquarium cafe!
- shopped for gifts to give to our make-a-wish kid, very fun
- visited our make-a-wish kid, this was more fun than the shopping!
- watched my very first orchestra performance. conductor and triangle dude were very good.
visiting a child who is terminally ill is a very humanizing experience. it really helps put things into perspective and i’ve realize i should probably stop complaining about most of the things i complain about.
seeing a smile from a kid like that, is very heartwarming (knowing i somehow had a part) and it also gives me strength. if someone like her can smile then i have no excuse.
i wanna help more people, more kids like her. life is already so bleak and morbid, i want to be able to provide even a tiny sliver of hope to more people like her. to show them that even in this hellhole of a place there are good things to look forward to.
orchestra was also a nice experience. caught myself staring at ___🤍 many times during the performance and smiling whenever she smiled. i truly love her, and i care for her so much. i want to make her smile always.
